Majority of people in the video do earn 2000€ per month net in Berlin

When you consider living alone, you need to pay at least 800€ for rent (for decentish flat)

If you deduct other fixed costs, you have 30€ daily budget to dispose

The strongest economy in Europe LOL

Did the air on the underground got even worse than it used to be? For some days now I always get dizzy when using it, but I’m fine once I walk up the stairs and get ‘fresh’ air (as fresh as air can be in Berlin).

More druggies sweating out drug residue?

Also a pointless course as chermans don’t want you to integrate

Germany is not a melting pot society. It doesn't matter how educated one is or how good one's language skills are, these people will always view outsiders as exotics. I get four German TV channels here in the US and recall watching Maybrit Illner. There was a panel which included Muslims speaking flawless German. They were going around in circles talking about integration and assimilation, neither being able to convince the other. The whole thing looked so comical and pointless. In a country like the US, Canada, or Australia, integration is a non-issue. Besides, why would anyone want to "become" a German? Personally, I can't think of anything more revolting.

I don’t blame them. I would do the same and give up my non eu passport for a cherman passport. My heart knows where I come from, a piece of paper says nothing. It’s only easier to travel so I want it

It pays well, but not well enough to sacrifice the will to live…

judge a city by the state of the elderly citizens. When I look around Berlin, the older inhabitants (drinking a Sternburg at 10 in the morning at a bakery in Moabit, shouting at random people on the street, collecting Pfand) just seem sad, and restless. I have the impression they've been dispossessed of an older city that no longer exists (amen?), and I come out in a cold sweat thinking about the prospect of *anyone* growing old in Berlin. There's no grace to it, no peace. Of course, I've been around Tschömens who've simply dismissed such oldies as "Penner", but for anyone who moved to Berlin "to be an artist", I think they are the proof that Berlin is the city where dreams go to die.
