How every vagina artist comes here and thinks they can create a collective when all it ends up being is a disorganised circle jerk. Everyone who comes to Berlin believes they have the answer to the problem of forming the perfect collective, but they don't, they are just more people trying to escape themselves. Nail on the head right there, the people I know who wanted to start a collective, especially one, could not carry their own talent at all, medicore on almost all levels and has friends who really are top of their game. I often felt like this person would ride on the back of their friends while spouting the same "I have the best idea for a collective" poop everyone else comes out with....1 year later, still no collective.

I agree with the rent cap being overturned. There is no way in a fair society that you can have someone pulling in €80k+ paying 8x more than some old crusty who smells like Berliner Pilsner who’s lived in the place for 30 years. They can honestly be grateful and move to Marzahn. I also reckon it would make Berlin 10x better because the incoherent U8 babble would be priced out.

Beginning of 2020 my missus and I grabbed our bags , and headed back to good aul Éire , after 3 1/2 years of absolute shite in Berlin. From constant pissed off people , to mouuuuntains of paperwork , false bills (health insurance falsely claimed my missus owes them several months at the highest rate (850 euros per month , and it took us 8 months of severe stress to resolve it , in which time they kept sending us fines for delay of payment...and at the end no apology for their mistake ), NOONE takes responsibility and blames somebody else or even yourself ...And j don't mean on a social level , but in communication with companies when trying to resolve an issue. Everything, and I mean literally everything, has to be done by the book : You have an appointment at 10.30 , but didn't arrive the suggested 5 mins earlier??? Well get broken and come back another day !! You forgot to sign one page of 140 pages ? No you cannot just take the pen over there and within 0.7 seconds sign it .....go back to the end if 2 hour queue ,sign it and hand it back when it is your turn . There's never anyone thinking on a human level , solely on Rule Book level . Efficiency in Germany is only a word in Germany...nothing there truly is efficient . Having to pay in exact change on trams , no notes , no cards accepted .... and then the so called Arts : some agenda ridden dafties, who glue underwear onto a cauliflower , give it some title containing a few or all of the following words "fuck" "cum" "pussy" "feminism " "threat " "period" , and then celebrate themselves as "groundbreaking artists " , whilst they are actually just a drugged up Barista who wanted to be seen as an artist so he fits in with the Bergslime crowd .
Oh and then we have the oversexualisation of literally everything. Dont get me wrong , sexual act is fun , sex work etc is all fine but is it not possible to just have a coffee without people fistfuckin each other in every corner ?
And all this just to look " cool and super open minded ", but you will quickly realise that most of these "artists" , vegan warriors , and fuck-desperate wankstains just have no idea why they are doing it .
