What I learned from being in a relationship with a German (it’s OK, you can judge...) :
After half a year, still no closeness and togetherness
Gaslighting at its finest
You do not matter. You say “ I am not OK with this” you’ll get a passive hint to deal with it
Eventually, when you’ll get angry at times, you’ll be made to feel bad for your feelings
You’re not allowed to confront
You’re not allowed to set boundaries, you’ll get another hint that they’re not to be respected anyway
You’ll feel helpless and your self-esteem will diminish
You’ll think you do something wrong, at times you’ll get weak and desperate
You’ll want positive change, but it would never come, rather prolong your suffering and desperation
When you’d mention a resolution or you’d want to go, you’ll be called controlling and using ultimatums for it

And when you finally get tired of it, and start focusing on you own well-being, you’ll destroy every single bit of them and they’ll become the desperate ones, haunting them for long time and adding to their misery, because clearly you owe them something that you’re not willing to give anymore

I just wish there were some good German women, but I've come to believe they are all narcissistic gaslighters. Always negative, always complaining, always putting you down for something that isn't 100% the way they want it. Italian females are much nicer to be around. But at the moment I'm totally OK with going MGTOW, German women have turned me off the idea of relationships. I'm surprised at how calmly happy I feel every day with my new MGTOW life, no pressure to conform to someone else's unrealistic expectations of me. Free as a bird.

This is true. Their behavior makes me uncomfortable. I’ve said this before physically I’m not worried about them. But, they give me a bad vibe that says something is wrong, something is off with them mentally. Working with them and daily interactions with them proves my point. Anyway, there is no need to go into full details. I’m sure we all have experience the same thing dealing with them. When I go outside I keep my eyes straight so not to look at them. I just pretend I don’t see them. I have to do this so I don’t lose my temper. The way they stare is rude and disrespectful on all levels. I know I can’t beat the poop out of all of them. It’s impossible! So to keep my sanity until I leave. I just pretend I don’t see them when I’m out. These people lost my respect a long time ago.

There is no communication happening in this country. Everything is being handled by passive aggressiveness, letters or being sued. I am laughing but I feel also sad about that foreign couple who need to deal with German.

Fortunately, I work globally where my interaction with Germans are minimal

Yesterday I tool a long stroll through Mitte, through the area where all the embassies are. The streets were EMPTY. And not only that, it was also clean and the buildings were really nice to look at. Everybody else in Berlin seemed to be cramped in Prenzlauer Berg or Kreuzberg in their filth. And there it occurred to me - how great this city COULD be. How much potential there is. But I have been living here for 4 years now - I heard this 'potential' talk for too long. How can one let such a great potential go to waste? And for what? For social welfare scroungers and 'sexual liberation' freaks? People from poorer countries would die to have half the opportunities that the overprivileged Berlin population has. Berliners are just too stupid, lazy and filthy to take them and make their place a nice city to live in.

Anything beautiful and classy is frowned upon here. It is a deeply communist society plus still suffering from WW2 trauma. The mindset of most people is still in the sixties or seventies when it was cool to rebel against anything considered bourgeois. As the average age of the population is 47 (!), guess how many folks here are still from the 60es rebel generation and frown upon anything "elitist". I have seen people earning 100k spending their holidays in run down camping sites. It is considered classy here!
