Well thats the truth. I guess Berlin is up to 40-50% a Middle Eastern Background (Migrationshintergrund) City.If you dont like to hear this go back to your country. Many run Restaurants , Bakeries , Photoshops , Shisha Bars even car service stations. There are even some Turkish and Persian Doctors and Dentist. Many were born here and many already have German Citizenship. The one who you are complain about are mostly refugees from Syria and Afghanistan who are new here.
The Turks and Persians are not the main problem. Germany is mostly big and wealthy enough to absorb them and the cultural differences and even the Allah infection, but that took many decades and was a far slower stream of migration than the millions and millions and millions of refugees and "refugees" who have inundated the country over the past decade. It's too many, too fast, and too many backwards people, plus Germany is fully stagnated. This will lead to complete societal collapse. I moved to Berlin in 2000. When I first moved there I had a nice group of non German, all European, friends. During the financial crisis in 08 a lot of them left and never returned and the city at times seemed rather empty and you could score great flats for nothing, same day Bürgeramt appointments, same day doctor's appointment if it wasn't a specialist. People started moving back around 2012 I'd say and the laid back chill Berliner vibe returned. Around 2015 things started to degenerate again though. Housing got tight (though looking back 2015 apartment search seems like a dream) and never eased. There were always weird people shooting up in train stations and publicly pissing everywhere, but this has definitely gotten worse recently. In the past 3 months I have seen more homeless in tents than in over a decade. Recently had to wait 3 months to get a new passport here. Waited 6 months to see a orthopedic doc (who in the end just suggested aspirin and meditation). People on the trains are definitely more on edge than ever now. Way too many permanently unemployables now. Berlin was always bad for that and Germans are lazy enough as is, but basically all the refugees since 2015 are not ever going to work. Inflation is insane and massively understated. Looked at old emails from my favourite indian takeout and the price has literally doubled since 2019. I basically buy the same thing every week at Aldi and that has gone up 50% since 2019. In my kid's school about 65% of the kids are non German. On the one hand I am happy he doesn't have to deal with so many Germans, but it's weird for Germans to be a minority and to be honest the alternative to Germans usually is not better. When I meet other parents you can tell most are those same permanently unemployables, truly disgusting people whether white or Arab or turk. I really don't see Germany having any future at all as they're presently killing one of their only unique industries (auto). Somehow Germany always finds a way to rebuild and to make someone else lay for it (defaulting on WWI loans, whole structure of the Marshall plan, cold war on both sides of the Berlin wall) so I guess they'll putter along somehow but this does seem like certain suicide. It would be nice to wipe the arrogant smirk off of Germany's face though. Maybe in another 5 years.

In general Germans are all too retarded to see the bigger picture and are more concerned with following standard operating procedures than doing a good job. For example, at the supermarket they'll collect and stack shopping baskets for an hour, squeezing between shopper in unnecessarily narrow aisles. When all the baskets are stacked next to the door again they'll pat themselves on the back for a job well done. They would quite literally NEVER consider handing a basket to an obviously over encumbered shopper they pass while looking for baskets. Would never even cross their mind. Isn't taught in the 3 year retail Ausbildung in Germany. You can find millions of other examples in any business in Germany. Combine that with abysmal work ethic and a "that's good enough" attitude on everything and you have Germany.

It's actually funny, I was waiting in line there recently for a CT scan behind two other people. I could hear her yelling at every person before me. Then she came out, took my papers, and said nothing. I asked if I should follow her and she sarcastically said no so I waited. 5 minutes later she threw that toddler tantrum and it continued until the imaging was done.
Idiots make it to these kinds of positions all over the world I guess, but there's something deficient in the average German's brain I haven't seen elsewhere. Half the problem could be fixed if Germans were smart enough to communicate effectively, but society here is just too far gone.
I've seen it said here before, but given how extremely opportunistic and underhanded Germans can be (lack of empathy = low IQ), I will never understand how they came up with the idea of the universal imperative. They don't understand systems thinking at any level and even their civil architecture reflects that with streams of people going in opposite direction constantly needing to cross.
I've recently started a new job with one of its main offices being in London so I've had a lot of meetings with Brits over a short period of time. I even had my onboarding at their office. Before this I had never really had much to do with brits. The last several companies I've worked for were either German or Euro Continental (so dealing mostly with Germans or Dutch or Scandi people). After years of dealing with Continental Europeans, meeting with Brits is so nice. I finally feel like the person I am talking to actually has a soul. There's definitely a warmth to most of my new colleagues that simply doesn't exist in Germans. I know people say Germans just take a long time to warm up, but it in my experience it's not true. Sure you can make friends with Germans, but somehow they're just not full fledged people. Something is missing in them. I know it's horrible to openly admit this, but Germans all seem to be off.
I know exactly what you mean. I used to live in London for a year and since then, I am only daydreaming each day, everyday to go back to London for living. Talking to any person who is anglophone is like getting high after living in Germany for a decade. I would prefer being in touch with Dutch rather than Germans as they are slightly more friendly than Germans. German culture is so unwelcoming against foreigners. (Even for Germans not local to said region / city)
Worked at a crappy tech startup in Berlin. Some dumb content distribution bullshit. Basically a copy of a big US company with the only advantage we had being GDPR compliance. A big part of the company was user generated content. The founder made everyone set up a ridiculous amount of filters to prevent my AFD politicians from making accounts. I don't mean just banning their domains, the guy was borderline psycho and compiled a list of hundreds of AFD people, most probably weren't even in politics but were low level nobody influencers. Then one day we got a letter from the German police demanding we remove an audio "erotic story" about some creepy guy's fantasies of railing 12 year old girls. Founder was oddly defiant and refused to remove the content and kept telling everyone to just ignore the police letters. Last I heard they went to court but never heard the end because he fired 80% of the company (including me).

Even if you think there's nothing objectionable about a kid peeing in public, how can you not see it as a public hygiene issue. At least go behind a tree away from the benches and playground. The most triggered I have ever made a German: Guy was complaining about all the Turkish kids that go to a local elementary school. I said other nationalities think the same about Germans.
