Isn't anger based on being sensible? You rather get depressed if you don't sense it right.
I mean I give you an example: Somebody treats you poop in a vague way, that is hard to get. They might ask you something but before you replied they already act. Or they don't even talk to you but rather into the air. If you don't spot that you won't get angry.
But the actual question is how does the anger show. Because they kind of do it only cause they feel they can do it. So it isn't even that strong (and on a deeper level it's their own stuff they suffer from). Now, It would still be right to just get angry if you can see that it is not at all an overreaction. The theme is patronizing or infantilizing behaviour. So you would start with realizing you cannot actually reply to what the person said. A concrete example would be, you buy the same thing in a store and the person asks at you from above *thing*? So you can't say yes cause it feels wrong. But now how can you say, I would like one of these please? without feeling stupid saying the obvious? And the answer is that you don't even want to say it, but the person leaves you no choice and moreover it is an expression of anger and self-esteem. If this comes out right the other person won't have any basis to act like you said something weird. But already you could also add this to the expression. You are literally saying angrily: I won't reply to this poop treatment and I won't fall for your frames. The words are really whatever is what I'm trying to get at.
But it is all based on the feeling that you don't feel like replying to it as opposed to trying to get something said in as if it was just a text. From another point of view you could see it as lame and don't even give it much bother. Which is though something that usually happens after anger was felt. Anger is a natural defence to protect from somebody sucking energy. For example, when you type in the pin looking down that's when the suckers are sucker punching. They comment your actions, tell you the card can go in, to type the pin and that you can take the card out, like somebody telling to walk when it is green light. And sometimes you just feel to shout SHUT UP!!! cause it was by surprise and anger serves as natural protection. It's not about letting them know that you know that although some are really dumb and really believe this was needed or that they would be doing a good job. But it doesn't change the fact that is infantilizing poop which is the actual thing to be angry about, not the meaningless seeming situation. There is many ways to channel anger. It could be rather something assertive like Excuse me?! It comes down to feeling it and then it might even communicate without a word. The thing that gives struggle is usually trying to let the other person know how it wouldn't be needed to mention it. Or being afraid to feel anger which is based on not perceiving it right,maybe seeing the person as way stronger than they are. Then the anger comes from below and needs something back. And this attachedness gives further power to such person and the fear is the right feeling to not do this. And not doing it might be enough to connect back to anger. It is not so easy because sometimes it is unrealistic fear that would bias the anger when it was just fine. That all being said, there is such a thing as *can anyone come* and act like that. Anger and it being lame is very close to each other. But feelings are there for a reason and it's a real suckermove to pull such poop when guard is down. It's not so lame anymore then. Whereas if you can anticipate it or have no repressed anger about it you'd likely just look at it as lame and dumb and the person would feel it.
Or you would even feel sorry for the person. Then it can go towards empathy and love from there. But when you're too light and not seeing it right, it's like back to level 1 like in super mario jumping up a place. You might spot the human behind it and how they might be consciously pulling poop but it would still be based on believing being human was weak. And trying to help somebody would just make it worse. It's like sombody hiding under a rock and they might only come out not when you try to. You just kinda leave them there until they get bored. Another shortcut is to not try to figure sucking people out. It's like 1. It's not "human", warm, good, genuine exchange 2. They're up to something 3. I don't care what it is and I find it sad. So many ways to look at it and express feelings, with whatever the words really or rather not trying to say something specific. We even try sometimes to just feel as we do, say something being a bit afraid, person sees as weak (weak frame for human vulnerabilities because it is what makes us human and makes life good when it's not reverse) and gets out of line and then you get angry. But it is not that you try to get there and anger is not caring bout biting the person causing damage because then they also switch to playing the victim. And they might even be really affected and it is like you don't even want to act such out really which happens when there is no connection to seeing it right and feeling it right. Cause that's often already good relief, making you feel confident and remembering who you are.
I mean as for vulnerablilities, it is relative. We are not really that weak. Sometimes just afraid that we think we would be. Such things. And of course sadness is never weak or feelings in general. It's so strange, we often have the right feeling inside and we don't get that it's there for a reason and without feeling we're not connected. Often it just needs a bit creativity for how to express your feelings as in training by imagination which is an expressive/creative thing to do but then forgetting about it cause you will feel either like saying something or not. Then you either go for it or not, kinda like Messi dribbles. It's not really like overcoming fears cause it's kind of a weird frame, at the same time also something to it.
Finally there is the theme of playfulness and teasing which often gets wired up in abusive things. I mean being human isn't all serious. So, these were some thoughts that came up and it's usually quite related so it is not easy to phrase any more compact.

It's a good point because oftentimes the intention is not to offend but to say how one feels while that being not even an intention. I mean this is something that should be understood. This is basic way how to be and people seriously cannot relate back to the same feelings they also feel since human. Squatters and homeless will not be pushed out, that's not how gentrification works. Squatting is a result of unoccupied buildings, as long as there are some, they can still be squatted in no matter how expensive the city is.
