Hi! My name is Martin and I'm 15 years old. At the end of this summer I moved to Berlin, with my parents, because my father got here a better paid job. I'm at a gymnasium in the eastern part of town. When I was in the new school the first day, someone had stolen my phone. Then someone stole my bike. Last week, classmates physically attacked me in the park, on the way from school. My classmates have hated me for no reason from the beginning. I don 't have any friends here. I decided to go back home next Monday to Slovakia. Instead of school, I'll go to the bus and just go home! I have relatives in Slovakia and I will ask the police to entrust me with their care. I hate Berlin and I don 't understand what I did wrong, that nobody likes me here? People are very bad here. Most are unreal ignorant, including teachers at school.
I have heard so many horror stories about school in Germany. These kids have no discipline and are free from any consequences. And many develop alcohol and drug addictions before puberty. As long as you are under 18 you could get away with murder here. This whole country is a disaster. Good luck back home.

The best thing you can do is an apprenticeship in something you like, woodwork, building, metalwork electrical work, forget about college find what you want to do, and just do it, by the time you are 20, you will be a tradesman, maybe your own boss and earn good money, hopefully you will have a family and build a house, it doesn't get any better than that, family, close friends and a house, then you are set.
The best financial tip I can give you, is to save 15-20% of what you get paid, don't think about spending any of this money on things that don't make you money of at least hold their value, like a classic car, things like gameboys, you buy from the other 85%, the 15% savings is to give you a sense of security, so that you can pick and choose your jobs, not go begging because you are nearly broke.
Stay away from alcohol, gambling and drugs and things will work out fine.

Coming from NY, the fashions here (for the most part), are overpriced or simply vomit-inducing. I was in an H&M the other day, and a fellow "Auslander" started laughing as I had to physically gag from the atrocities I was seeing in the shop. I follow a few German fashion bloggers on Instagram, and while Germany as a whole is not a fashion capital, it seems like Berliners purposely like to pick the most grotesque looking outfits known to man.
I need helps to give me some opinions , I am wondering that other German cities are as horrible as Berlin?
I run away from Berlin, but I left my boyfriend there, I suggested that if he moves out from Berlin , I would like to consider to live Germany till his working schedule will finish. I cannot wait him such a hellish city in Berlin 3 more years.

I would suggest Cologne/Koln. I found the people there to be very friendly, hospitable and helpful. Berlin is full of students who have no idea of the real world, YET, boy are they in for a shock. Sexual perverts, drug addicts and alcoholics. Did I mention wanna-be anarchists and mentally ill, men-hating Feminists.
In Cologne, people are more balanced. It has a couple of good areas, ZulpicherStr, near the Uni and AchenerStr. Also the city itself is very vibrant. It can be very beautiful as well, especially by the river and in the forests. The people are chilled and easy to approach. Good luck.
There are two schools of thought prevalent here: people who think Germany would be better if Germans acted less German (people complaining about the unfriendliness, strict rules, robotic mannerisms and the like) and people who think Germans should be MORE German (they complain about antifa, feminism, refugees and the like). If you recognize the cancer of Germanness then you will also hate Cologne (home of Germany's largest urinal), Munich (where you'll work full time to live like a peasant, Leipzig (where there aren't any jobs) and Dresden (full of nazis). I you like Germans, feel like kissing butt for a decade, painfully learning the language and still being treated like a 2nd rate citizen then by all means stay here.

Did anybody of the women here experience those hateful stares from German men? This week I was on a business networking event, the amount of women there was around 10%. When I headed to the exit, I realised that somebody was looking at me. I looked at them and saw the angriest look on a guy's face. Now, what exactly have I done to him? I dress nicely, am well groomed, WTF was his problem?? Oh, wait, I know it - he probably has a super ugly girlfriend or wife at home and now enjoys giving hateful looks to all other women.
That was not the only occurrence. An obese guys in my office crossed my way the other day and gave me a super hateful stare. After I passed him by he turned around and said: "Schönen Abend". I turned around and saw him smiling, WTF?? Is that flirting in Germany??
I was mobbed by a guy until I had to quite my job. He was obese, hateful, and had teeth missing. He throwed me under a bus several times. The owners (horrible as well) of the office exploited him and he hated everyone back in return. I was depressed just by sitting with this guy in the same space, my only thoughts were - how could I get so low ? - This is what happened in a fancy office in Mitte, in a chic courtyard in a design studio, so I am not talking about some uneducated BVG collegue or smth like that, if you know what I mean.
Not all of them. There are many such men in Berlin and other eastren german cities. You did not have the opportunity to meet quality men because of your socioeconomic status and below average appearance. I met lawyers and doctors and they were pretty polished and could flirt. If you work with mostly IT guys with little social skills, you will meet such men in Germany.
