What are the mental health stats on German here? Just curious, how so many people are void of Empathy, it’s not normal. I wonder how can they have friendships if they have no Empathy? How can they have romantic relationships if they have no Empathy? How can they have children if they have no Empathy? Example, you could just being thrown out your apartment onto the street. You angry, sad and depressed. Germans will still ask you, knowing your situation, what’s wrong with you? Why are you so angry? Your mother just died and they still won’t get it. That poop isn’t normal! Like WTF!!! Lack of empathy is a trait amongst serial killers. I just hate these people so much, I wish I would have moved to Italy, Spain, or Malta.

Kinda cliche but read 1984. In an authoritarian environment you have no real emotions, just a vague sense of obligations to avoid punishment. They "love" their kids in that they know that neglecting them would result in criminal charges, which is to be avoided. But they instill no values or morals in their children, because no law requires it. Indeed, being virtuous at all in Germany is a cause for ridicule from the lumpenproles (attacking people for their virtue, rather than their flaws, is a special kind of psychological terror thay destroys nations).

Germans compartmentalize everything so much, and have a general attitude of resignation, that they genuinely cannot fathom that people can be rightfully angry or mournful. To a German, old people die every day. Whether it is their mom or a stranger makes no difference; it is the natural order of things. To exert force against the natural order would be chaos.

I want to know why do you keep staying here? I do keep staying here to save some money up to support my move(as much as I can) What is your reason(s)? I know many people who got married with Germans and they can't leave Germany or people do stay here until they get EU passport.

I remember that after years in Germany I only had 700 euros to my name. Bought a plane ticket and escaped to my home country. The only thing I regret is that I didn't do it earlier. These days I have almost 10 times as much money even though I live and work in a "poorer" country.

Met a German. Thought she was normal. Thought we became friends (although she seemed a bit boring and had remarkably few friends). Found out today that she's a total psychopath. Damn. Got fooled again. Honestly, should have known better.

A high number of German women are insane. And it’s not being sexist, it’s just the truth. Maybe some females on this site will get offended from this statement. I hope not because it’s absolutely true that something is off with the females here. We men are visual creatures so it’s easy to fool us in the beginning. Once you are with them their weird habits will reveal. I know many men of different nationalities that have been ruined by them.

I am a woman, about 162cm…
One time a middle aged German couple walked from the opposite direction on the sidewalk, scaffolding next to us, so… before I even got the chance to make space or pass, I got a massively hit in the chest by this German man, who felt offended I was also on the street… in his way.
I was puzzled, shocked, and my blood froze…
even more so that no one said anything, reacted. Plain day, busy street. Neither the wife. She just… did not… react… at all. Hope she’s not abused by him of something… Because I cannot imagine a sane woman walking around like there’s all breezy after her husband just… hit someone.
Another time a very big chunky German girl tripped over and stepped on my ankle. I was in PAIN, almost convinced it was broken. She didn‘t even bother to say Entschuldigung…

The problems here begin with the children. They are little beasts. Conditioned to be monsters. They are born innocent but then brought up by beasts, hence becoming beasts. They do assertive training at a young age. Everything in this society has to be barked and elbowed / pushed to gain anything. The children are loud brats and rule the roost. In a society obsessed with quiet, children are exempt and annoy everyone incessantly with shrieking. Maybe it’s also the annoying language too grating on my ears. They look slightly evil these kids.

Probably some standard they have in place where all photos must have the head tilted at approx 160 degrees. They probably train the photographers at the same school and supply the same backgrounds

Lmao finally understood German hygiene problems. The water here sucks so much that if you shower daily it fcks your skin and hair so Germans invent some BS myth about how infrequent showers are better. Mix in a little cheapskatery and you habe the perfect German lie.

Dunno. There are like 3k EUR ones that you can't install yourself in a rented flat. Back in the US you can get a good one that recycles the granulate and dumps the minerals periodically for like 1.5 K and it's no biggie.

I am very surprised that how stereotypical these people are.

How can almost all of them have same behaviours, personality, opinions etc? It impairs the desire of meeting new Germans because I am sure that, the next person won't be much different in terms of personality / behaviours etc.

This stunts me so much.

I was out today in Mitte and made the mistake of looking strangers in the eyes. I noticed that most Germans really have a soulless stare. No spark of humanity at all. Even parents out with their children - they seriously look like defeated robots. There are a lot of tourists around now and you can 100% tell a German from a non-German. Just look into their eyes.
