Went to the hardware store today. Wanted to return a sample, so went to the information desk. After the cashier heard what I intended to do she wanted to see my receipt. Now, in any other civilised country the sales assistant would say something along the lines of 'Do you have your receipt with you, please?'. Not here. The person doesn't walk. I'd usually would walk because what do I care, but there I let them know they were first. And the blockhead says to me that it is ihm so scheißegal! And you know what I should have said. That it is mir doch scheißegal if it is scheißegal for him!

Where the fornicate can you meet normal people in Berlin? I have been living here for a year and a half and it seems impossible to find good company. I go outside to play sports often and everytime i see people there i would try to invite them to play with me. The only time that worked is because the other person was from my home country and i had recognized that beforehand. Most of the times i played with kids as they always seem happy to kick a basketball. Going outside to parks and similar hang out places only got me acquainted with a drug dealer and a couple of junkies that wanted to get something from me. I tried going to some balkan clubs and bars as i thought i would find a crowd with other people from my region but wound up listening to Mans not hot(watching the other people seriously dancing to it was gold though). I realise it's most likely a me problem but the vent felt nice. Thanks for reading.
What makes my blood boils is when you tell them "hi, how are you?" at the online job meetings (like you know, It is being used to greet someone in the rest of the world and answer would be something like "good and you?") They start talking about something you would not care about at all. Like the family holiday they made, the problems with their home etc. Why would I care about and want to listen to their family holiday in online job meeting?
