Funniest thing ever basically is to ask an eastern European woman what she thinks of German women. They are so brutally honest it's glorious. If Germans were honest like they claim they are then they would also say the same things, but for some reason dumpster tier hygiene is a protected status in Germany. A lot of the dilapidated German infrastructure is done on purpose but also a lot is fake. Are Germans incapable of ever moving past WWII trauma? Even today Germans still eat like absolute plebs. Every meal here is a struggle meal. Adults eating fish sticks and potatoes for dinner, or the ubiquitous Brot mit Wurst. Had a German gf for a few years and we'd go to her parent's for Sunday dinner once a month. They'd make chili con carne with Maggi mix and then ALWAYS point out it was Maggi and not the cheap Karat store brand as if this was fine cuisine. Or frozen pizza. I guess I'd not care except that I grew up in the US, supposedly extremely unhealthy food. My parents both worked full time but every night we'd have a home cooked meal and not this ultra processed Germslop. And it's always fried in Rapsöl here, ALWAYS. And don't even get me started on Christmas food here. Boiled sausages in the electric kettle and store bought potato salad is the norm on Germany's biggest holiday of the year. And the constant nagging from Germans to try their Mettbrötchen. Basically everybody here eats like a poor college student the last 3 days before payday. I have a decent job and I eat steak about 3-4x a week for dinner. Had a brief relationship with a German and she acted like that was the most decadent thing she'd ever seen. No wonder Germans are so lazy and cognitively impaired since their main food is grain-based garbage.

Same for me sort of. Nothing is quite as depressing as not having a trip planned while living and working in Berlin, especially when it's October-March (full half year of darkness). In the long run it'll be cheaper for me to move to somewhere less depressing even if I earn 30% less than here as 1. Less mental health travelling and 2. Lower taxes and 3. Cheaper utility bills because lower electricity and less need to heat. Only UK has higher electricity prices, truly insane.

Something I have been wondering for a while and can't really openly ask Germans about it. I am from Vietnam where it is comparatively a conservative country. Public nudity is not part of our culture at all so I was shocked to see how common it is here as basically every public body of water will have many nudists all around it even beyond marked FKK entryways. I read somewhere a survey about only 23% of Germans would visit nude beach but here every beach is nude beach.
Germans always tell me nudity is not sexual here and the human body should be celebrated. I do not feel like real instinctual German men attitude is really different than in Vietnam because at public lake I see naked man walking around with erection or masturbating looking at women. For sure German women also see this. Do they like to be lusted about? They pretend it is not happening?
I feel that Germans have strict rules everywhere but if they cannot enforce something they give up and pretend it is not a problem. I find this sad because I like to sunbathe and almost every time I am at a lake a German man come too close and act inappropriate.
Also in German film there is too much nudity. Every film basically has nudity and not as form of body celebration like German claim. For example I watch Goodbye Lenin recently with Vietnamese friends. It is rated from 6 years in Germany. But there is a scene with naked man jumping around purely for comedy reasons almost like slapstick humor. It is uncomfortable to watch and to think this is OK in Germany for 6 year old is strange. I would not want my daughter to watch this. Also why is a male genitalia funny?

In Vietnam we trust less in government than Germans.
If Germans would just be honest about anything for once I'd understand.
