LOL, not sure if it's like that in Germany too but in Canada you van even be sued for defamation for statements that are factually true if you made them with the intent of causing emotional pain. I.E. if you call a convicted pedophile a a pedophile then it's illegal. I am pretty sure it is the dame here since all those dumb German murderers a few years ago sued Bild and won since their names were written in the story. Germany is probably the 2nd or 3rd biggest virtue signalling country on earth so of course speech is harshly restricted.
German legislators also want to pass laws that will compel social media companies to automatically file police reports for insults on their platforms. Until now they've "only" been forced to remove such comments within 24 hours (which as you will know has essentially broken twitter and facebook with so many comments being "unavailable" or simply not loading). Now they'll ALL go to the police. Imagine the trillions in extra revenue for Germany. Imagine the hundreds of thousands who will silently go to jail. When this law passes it's all down hill because there will be zero room for views that are at odds with anything the German government says (and amplifies via its countless state-owned media corps).

Today I went to Bauhaus to get a few things for repairs. As it rained a little I used an umbrella whilst walking to the bit outside the store that was covered by a roof. Before I came to a complete stop and closed my umbrella some ugly pierced German yelled at me "MASKE!". When I asked why he just barked at me, he acted as if he just talked to me. NO, that son of a prostitute didn't talk to me, he yelled. I explained to him that it was unnecessary to yell, especially because I just got there and we weren't even inside. Well, I never seem to learn that you cannot explain simple things to Germans. His ugly pierced face had this freaking smile, happy that he yelled at someone. freaking pig.
There is something else behind it. I walked into a store and forgot to put mask on. Clerk acted AS IF I did it intentionally. Which I didn't. It is no issue to put it on (as for that). Another time I stood back about 2 meters in a checkout, in the beginning of this distancing stuff. But the person didn't even care. She just felt I was not doing anything because I was in fact 2 meters away (just not exactly on the line). She wanted that reaction. Sometimes it is pretence. That's why it felt off to assert myself to her. To put it with a different example. Let's say you bring down the trash and you keep the cellar door open because you wanna go another time. If somebody would get at you about the foor being open, you would say: I left it open Intentionally!. It can be confusing, they try to give blame with no legitibility.
What I mean is, that the thing about the mask in the above situation becomes secondary. Yôu would feel angry about his behaviour. While it could also be the case that it appeared to him like I wouldn't care at all (perception being off) which doesn't matter though. You wouldn't really go to him and say that you just forgot to put it on, that all makes his stuff big. It is rather that if (just saying) you would go to him and punch him, he would know what it was for. It is not easy to feel angry as one normally does when there is this confusion. I was contemplating whether he said it because I was clearly unintentional but I ruled it out. It is something else, nontheless very wrong.
On a sidenote, and I don't really recommend to punch while it does though really feel like it and wouldn't nec. be something bad when it is how one feels...feeling empathy sorts of comes after that so to speak. When you see he got issues, it doesn't matter so much anymore and one would rather feel sorry for him. I don't know how it exactly works but anger and light is very connected. As a gay man myself I have to say I am glad it won't happen this year. The parade is not about equality and acceptance but about living fetishes openly, have public sex and just behave badly. It is a shame that this kind of thing is celebrated as it throws a bad light on everyone who is attracted to their own gender but has morals. It seems as if the CSD understanding is that when you are gay there is no need for morals. Straight people should accept that, otherwise they are called homophobic. No wonder why so many prejudices still exist though if the kind of behaviour shown at the CSD is considered to be normal by a huge crowd of homosexuals.
When I first moved here I went to CSD once because I thought it was a good thing to show solidarity. I really wish I hadn't. I am from a small town so I didn't have any idea of what awaited me. It basically just feels like a big group of sweaty Germans who grope random stranger. I saw many, many men just walking around and jacking off. On the floats I saw people having anal and oral sex. All this happened with A LOT of police everywhere. They all did absolutely nothing at all. I don't know if it's worse because it's Berlin but I will never visit another gay pride parade again.

I am sorry, but village people from Turkey are one of the reasons why Berlin sucks. The constant yelling (especially indoors, e.g. in shops), aggressive demeanour, and overall 'ghetto' attitude from these people contribute in making this place suck. And I don't get your logic here.
