LEFTIST:
A person who simultaneously advocates for radical individualism, and radical egalitarianism.
Radical individualism being the exhuberant (and often jealous) exercising of personal freedoms without a sense of responsibility to human history, immutable principles, or the society around them. The individual tends more to emphasize personal *rights*, while neglecting personal *responsibilities.* When widely adopted, this leads to social/cultural decay.
Radical egalitarianism is the advocation of equality of *outcome* rather than equality of *opportunity* and, often unconsciously, seeks to persecute those who have achieved more than others with the hand they've been dealt. Thus the desire for the biggest kid on the block (government) to impose, whether by force of law or bullets, an elastic concept of "fairness" on achieving citizenry.
While, at their core, the two concepts are often at odds, they are emphasized at different times, which circumvents this conflict.
Leftists very often view such figures as Marx, Castro, Chavez and their ilk with sympathy, if not admiration.

What I don't understand is why this city is so filthy when Germany prides itself on having some of the highest environmental standards on earth? Recycling, abhorrent taxes on gas and electricity and this place is still covered in garbage and has worse air quality than a lot of the rest of the developed world. What's even the point in trying?
Also consider that among European countries, Germany's coastal water quality is in the bottom half. Also consider the bad news constantly available about lake water quality here and even the news of the tap water her (too expensive, contaminated with too much nitrates, legionella, aging delivery infrastructure, i.e. use of lead pipes, and underuse of water). I honestly wonder how much money this country spends on PR because when you casually research Germany everything seems so darn rosey but if you look at ACTUAL FACTS about this place it is clear that this country is not leading the way anywhere that anyone wants to go.
Worst part about the bottle collectors is that when you mention it to any German they will invariably say how they think it is GOOD that these people have the opportunity to collect bottles and supplement their Hartz4 or pension as if this is a viable solution to abject poverty.
Berlin is a sick city with the ill population! The only thing Berlin really can do is pay for quality advertising. Each bottle picker at Alexanderplatz is an artist in Berlin. Do you want to be an artist in here? In Berlin every second person is alcohol-addicted, so empty bottles are enough for everyone.

True, almost every single person I dealt with were either on drugs, prescribed pills, alcohol or sex to kill whatever problems they have mentally. This Sunday Germany will play its first match in the World Cup so I guess we can all prepare for endless torrents of drunk German boys emboldened with patriotism because Germany can do exactly one thing well: dominate at sport in which more often than not nothing happens.
It's been about 15 months since I left Berlin and the place feels like a bad dream now. I can't remember some of my memories there. I left a very toxic relationship, toxic life and toxic situation in Berlin and now I'm in love with someone amazing, live in a beautiful place and I honestly truly love life. Leaving Berlin was a catalyst for my life to do a total 180. Life still has it's challenges but at least now I am living. Berlin is no place to live... it's a place to go to when you're waiting to die, because you have no life left in you anymore. It's also an evil place, that causes a lot of psychological harm to those who live there. I know this might sound dramatic if you're still living in Berlin, but you will only see it once you leave, how harmful that city is to your soul.

Do all Germans have severe OCD? Seriously watch a German at a beach this summer when you're on vacation. You will recognize them by the fact that they take 15 minutes to unpack two beach towels and change into their beach garb, which they will undoubtedly have to do openly and probably while exposing themselves to small children. I have never seen this level of mental illness among any other nationalities. I cannot believe that this group of retards seriously once considered itself the master race.
Is it just me or do especially Turkish women have a staring problem when it comes to other women? Yesterday I sat in the corridor at the doctor's office and one of them couldn't take her eyes of me while speaking in Turkish to her daughter. It was as if it was the first time she ever saw a Western woman. Another time I mentioned a Turkish woman stare at somebody sitting next to me in the subway. I turned my head to see what she was staring at and there was a young girl sitting, minding her own business (the issue might have been that the young girl was black).
Is it possible that they are hardly ever allowed to leave their house and if on rare occasions they do - they've got a hard time grasping what is happening in the real world?
