My opinion is that the greater majority of people like this site also for the reason of anonymity, so maybe the subscription being the only way to post photos is redundant because no one ever posts pictures because they would lose their anonymity, so could you please look into letting us post them anyway, and attract more people and then attract more advertisers. Images would double the fun of Berlinhater.
I don't think this site is exactly an ambitious start up or has a large team or tech wizards exploring different options for optimization. It's an aggressively low tech website where you can vent your rage about this horrible city without being censored for complaining about how awful Germans and, by extension, Arabs are. That's it. It'

Over the weekend, I heard three women friends telling stories about being sexually harassed in recent weeks by young groups of Arabs in around Kreuzberg and Neukolln. They are how people broadcast that they have personalities and are unique, critical thinkers and not just sheeple like all the rest. For example, I saw this barista the other day who was all dressed up like an intern on her first day at a law firm, just nothing original there, but then I noticed she had this tattoo running down the side of her face and neck that read "Gran Chaco choco choke coke hold" and I understood she was actually a really unique and special individual, a lone flower rising proudly on the prairie. Wouldn't have known how much of a personality she had if not for that tattoo, so don't dump on Berliner folx for having tattoos.
I was thinking the same thing tonight, I might even like them on some level, but I lose all RESPECT when they have anything above long-sleeve shirt and collars tattooed. I think most of the Berghain semen gets licked up by its patrons before closing. I think tattoo people when naked look kind of like reptiles and that disturbs me because I am frightened by reptiles. When they have clothes on it mostly just seems really conformist to me, and I don't like that either. Foreigners in Germany among the 'unhappiest and loneliest worldwide'

In the 2023 survey from InterNations, Germany ranks 49th out of 53 countries for foreigners to get settled in, scoring particularly badly in categories such as making friends and local friendliness
Every year, InterNations - the world's largest community of foreign nationals - conducts the Expat Insider Survey, questioning more than 12,000 respondents about their experiences of living and working abroad in 53 destinations.
The survey is divided into five core sections which delve into the respondents' experiences in their respective countries of residence: Quality of Life, Ease of Settling In, Working Abroad, Personal Finance, and the Expat Essentials Index.
This year, Germany ranked in 49th place overall - making it one of the least attractive destinations for foreign nationals.

It came bottom of the table in the Expat Essentials Index, which covers housing, administration, language, and digital life. Foreign nationals reported being particularly frustrated by the lack of digital infrastructure, the inflexible bureaucracy, and the tense situation in the housing market. More than half (56 percent) said they found it difficult to deal with the local bureaucracy while 58 percent reported struggling to find housing - 27 percent more than the global average.
The language barrier proved to be a particular issue for foreigners living in Germany, as half of those questioned said they found it difficult to live here without speaking the local language, compared to 32 percent globally, while 60 percent reported finding German difficult to learn.
Germany also scored badly in the Ease of Settling In Index, which looks into how foreign nationals perceive local friendliness, how easy it is to make friends and how welcome they feel.
Germans ranked among the bottom 5 least friendly local populations (50th) and three in ten respondents said that people in Germany are not friendly towards foreign residents and more than half reported finding it difficult to make local friends, with one in three saying that they do not feel at home in Germany.
The poor results in this subsection were not new to 2023 either: Germany has consistently ranked among the bottom 10 countries for finding friends and the friendliness of the locals over the last decade.
It's unsurprising, then, that foreigners in Germany are among the unhappiest worldwide, with Germany ranking here in 50th place.
Great job market and job security
But it's not all bad news for foreign nationals living in Germany.
Germany came in 15th place in the Working Abroad Index, with Germany’s job market (4th) and job security (5th) making it into the top 5 worldwide.
Germany also came in 18th place in the Quality of Life subsection, with foreign nationals appreciating both the infrastructure for cars and the easy availability of green goods and services (7th place for each).
For salary and quality of life, Germany also ranked in the top ten countries (in 9th place).
One Nigerian national living in Germany told the researchers: “I like that I have an opportunity here to grow in my career and to have a sustainable life overall.

I took a look, but it's all actives there, a bunch of refugees and geriatric needle users. Just not me scene. Istanbul is a beautiful city. Don't think I'd want to actually live there, but I visit sometimes and always enjoy it. Too many Muslims for my taste still, although it's obviously much better than the rest of the country in this respect and a lot of Muslim retardation has been pushed out of there thankfully.
I work in a very 'hip' industry. Whenever I attend conferences or industry meet-ups it's always the same sight: German men, visibly older than 35, dress like 15-year-olds. I assume they don't want to come across as too old for the industry. Interestingly, I have not observe this in any other country. In other countries men dress more age-appropriately. They don't necessarily wear suits, rather just a clean shirt, fitting trousers, and nice shoes.
It's quite comical to see a man with visible wrinkles and hair loss dress like a skater boy from the 90s in a professional setting.
