yes it is bad i also had to take legal action to get a deposit back. They told me multiple times they would pay but it never happened. I also feel like companies completely ghost you for example the health insurance. They only contact you to demand money you dont owe. I keep getting letters about the tv and radio license despite the fact that i have a recurring standing order and have paid the money. They try to screw over foreigners because they can. That's because they build bike lanes on the sidewalks so that pedestrians and cyclists (and 2-3 Arab boys humping each other on an escooter) have to fight for space. They could just put the bike lanes in the road but then the car drivers would get upset and you are not allowed to upset the car drivers in this country.
I usually walk, but whenever I bike confused, probably drunk or stoned, pedestrians step randomly out in front of me when I have the right of way and do all sorts of spastic things. I think this city is just full of entitled, wasted, people who act unpredictably in any situation that requires movements. The car drivers are rude. The pedestrians are rude. And sure, the bicyclists and scooter riders are also rude. But hyper focusing in on the cyclists in particular seems a bit dumb to me.
Germans, generally, are a tone deaf, entitled nation beyond belief... Add that to their non-confrontational, yet passive-aggressive nature and you get why - whenever traveling - NO ONE LIKES THE GERMANS! Not as people, not as tourists, not as anything...
It's not wrong - generally - for your parents to leave you things, but in Germany it's a bit tricky. Germans benefiting from generational wealth (inheritance) are spans of the nazis... The others who didn't want to be associated, pretty much lost everything and/or emigrated... Depending on which generation you are, that means around... parents/grandparents. They are not denazificated at this point. It will takes a few more generations (not in our lifetime) until that happens.

For some reason all the cheap butt bums in the city are willing to pay 20-30 euros to enter some pooping techno club while one can see something with with actual talent for much less. Actually, as a psychotherapist, in my dealing with women who've had abortions, the guilt and regret usually comes out years later, and they feel haunted by the fact that they killed a life. It's one of the hardest things to get over. Also, hedonism leads to narcissism, and thus relationship breakups, that eventually leads to loneliness and being a cat person. Everything has consequences, if not in the outside world, always in our mind. Regret and guilt can bury a person into a life of dissatisfaction for never finding fulfilment and contentment. Just about all the young people who spent more than 3 years in Berlin, will be very damaged emotionally and psychologically by the experiences they allowed themselves to be led into. In fact, incels probably have a better chance of long-term happiness. Berlin is a very sick city, my advice is to get out as soon as you can. But of course no one will take my advice because they are already addicted to the adrenaline rushes of debauchery and hedonism. Good luck.

I would just like to know what the typical exit strategy is for non local berlin girls who come from developing or maybe even third world countries once their time of fun is over.
