Rewe at Friedrichstrasse has 3 self check outs, none of them is ever open. Guess their answer as to why. “Not enough staff” whilst one person has to deal with a queue at the regular check outs. She could take care of three, but NO this would be too convenient for customers.

OOOOOPS, sorry, forget the post before this one, I accidentally copied the post twice, read this one instead. A 'refugee' looking guy steals a phone from the backpack of a delivery man near Rosenthaler Platz. The deliveryman confronts him and he denies he took anything. I come up from behind and see he has large scissors in his hand, hiding them behind his back. He lets deliveryman check his pockets, but no phone, he checks his bag, no phone, I said check his hoodie, then the guy darts off very quickly, I follow on my bicycle but he runs down the U8 entrance on Bernauer Str. A few minutes later, I see a cop car just around the corner in TorStr, I call the deliveryman and we talk to the cop about his phone being stolen, the cop says "we're busy with another case trying to locate a man in this building". Three of them standing around. He then tells the deliveryman who had his PHONE stolen to "TELEPHONE the police".

I reported a man who looked like he was dying from maybe the flu, laid out on RosenthalerPlatz U8 platform, continuously coughing very loudly, non stop, he looks and sounds like he won't last the day without help, he's really in a bad way, I go to the police station and the cop says "call the ambulance". Later at AlexanderPlatz Bahnhof station, I see a lady in a wheelchair and her leg looks like somethng out of a Zombie horror movie, I've never seen anything so gruesome. I report it to the police station that she seems a bit insane and needs urgent help to get her to a hospital, and the cop says , we are not transport police we are street police you need to go to the police station, I go there and the cop says, call the ambulance. Pretty soon when UN-WEF AGENDA30 is in full force, it will be every person for themselves, no one will help you, so start making a plan. And if you don't know what UN-AGENDA30 is or what the Klaus Schwab and his WEF policies are, then good luck, you're going to need lots of it. They're coming at us from 17 angles. So, my forever unemployed German neighbour has a new crackhead girlfriend, I believe...
They have the weirdest sex noises... She sounds mentally deranged and is super loud. Sometimes I wonder if it's consensual or something... It's literally disturbing. I wouldn't lay twice a finger on a person who make those sounds, my private parts would paralyse... I've seen porn, the weird type too, and frankly.. that's not a sound that is erotic, kinky, attractive or anything like that that... it sounds like a tortured, dying creature... desperate, helpless and in pain...

Frankly, I think she fakes the crap out of that... I refuse to believe someone is doing those kind of sounds unconsciously and unaware...

My rant is because they're freaking unemployed junk and I work from home... I hear them getting at it, casually, on a Tuesday afternoon... going full bonkers with the squealing....

What is your experience in the workplace? I worked for a start-up and it was full of German men who pretended they knew everything but produced none to very little results. The management team consisted of German men in their 30s who went to private uni and subsequently worked for McKinsey and from there straight to the management board. Now I am working for a bigger German company and workload is crazy. A few people doing a massive amount of work, wearing multiple hats, a lot of responsibility, but are still being treated as henchmen. Also funny to see how departments responsible for 'expansion' and 'international business' are run by people who have never worked abroad and speak very little English. It seems to me like the most important thing here is relationship-building. Now, don't get me wrong, it's like that everywhere. But not everywhere have I seen so many people in higher position without any charisma and years of practical experience.

I have lived and worked in various countries, but Germany was definitely the most shocking and obvious at this.
I started an independent business eventually, and is so much better... I rarely do business with Germans now, and I am happier: personally and professionally.

Working with a German manager is one of the worst thing could happen to you career wise. No feedback, no communication, reluctant to change and you know when they give feedback, It's something like "you did this good and that bad" I have never seen any other people who are unable to communicate as whole.

That disrespectful behavior would get Berliners in a lot of trouble. We Americans are extremely nice to the point that Europeans think we are sweet( soft) but we will switch and whoop your butt properly. I just read the discussion a week ago about Germans who don't shower often enough. I used to get annoyed by that, especially in summer. But I now use it to my advantage. It is not only easier to find a partner here when your personal hygiene is better than 90% of the rest, it is also easier to get hired after a job interview if you smell neutral and not like a bunch of stale cigarettes and body odor with a bunch of cheap perfume on top to try to cover it up. I also live in an apartment building with no water meters inside the apartments. Our usage is calculated as an average of all tenants. I know for a fact I shower probably 2 or 3 times as often as the other people so they are helping pay for my impeccable hygiene. Thanks Germans!
