I report to German manager in a global company and he is technically incompetent. That’s why he acts as people pleaser to hide his incompetence. There is huge lack of communication. He also doesn’t care about the people who report them. I mean, he doesn’t do anything for people to grow in their careers. It makes working environment so toxic
i can agree with the post starter: in germany they dont know how to work as a team and worst of all to have an inpompetent manager/ boss, who doesnt care and have no clue how to deal with unplanned situations and in general how to be in a higher position.
I have post in a Kindergarten. Total incompetency is the magic word, and I can assure you about that. In a company incompetency can sometimes gain time and hide itself. Imagine in social work, and specificaly in work with children! Chaos unfortunately at the cost of their children...
