Maybe because when men wear shorts, they don't buy ones that are 2 sizes too small where their asscheeks literally hang out of the bottoms. In fact, about 99% of men wear shorts that go all the way down to their knees. And kind of weird how if you work in an office with any kind of dress code that it's impossible as a man to wear shorts, but women can wear short skirts all day long. And don't even get me started on all the women in miniskirts riding bikes here. I can't imagine that they are NOT looking for attention.
