Offering salaries like that with a straight face is possible only in Berlin, AKA the socialist paradise where the government will supplement your full-time job with Wohngeld, Hartz IV. And paying graduates 10% more than minimum wage... it's possible only when education costs the individual absolutely nothing. If there were anything resembling a free market in Germany then salaries like these wouldn't even be thinkable for full-time jobs.
You don't get any support like wohngeld or hartz iv if you have a minimum wage job, that's why it sucks so hard but I do know about the wage supplementation you're talking about. Especially places like startups get no support because Germany is so technophobe.
Anyway, there are enough relatively high paying jobs to be had. It's your own fault if you lack the skill or experience to get more or better which is exactly what these companies exploit, you know, free market style. If you have to feel threatened by a super low skill worker that can only be hired because the gov makes them super cheap you should probably look at your life choices and prospects.

Berlin consists of mostly 3 kinds of people...

Germany is going to have some serious social problems within 5-10 years, after family reunification for all the migrants they let in + the millions more that will come. Within 20 years almost a third of the German population will be dead. by that time at least 20-30% of Germany will be Muslim or African. germans are too weak and self hating to defend themselves. OK, I must add that some people told me that in Spain the wages are even lower than here and accommodation is expensive, but if you live a bit away from the city centre it's easier. Go where the money is and get into the commonwealth of the area, where people can afford to pay a decent wage. Western Germany is better then the South and East, people are much more balanced there.
I'll first see the offers. I'm developer and not badly paid here (completely random luck don't ask how I got a good paying job!). I'm bot lazy to relocate and also hate living here. Crime, hipsters, dirt, dog poo, stupid people...I lived in Bonn before, Germans there were also horrible. It's impossible to like this people. I hear lots of talk about "integration" and integrating immigrants. Can someone please tell me how someone should "integrate" into the German culture in Berlin?
I just can't work out what it would involve, aside from accepting fairly standard western liberal values - there just seems to be nothing positive that's 'unique' to being German... Apart from a weird obsession with overrated baked goods and processed meat.
Here are a few ideas on how foreigners can integrate into German society:
- Openly pissing in public
- Changing into your swim clothes in public
- Spitting on the street
- Threatening people with broken beer bottles
- Setting strangers' cars on fire
- Listening to cringeworthy German hiphop
- Wearing baseball caps with thick-rimmed glasses
- Experiencing male pattern baldness at the age of 16
- Dismissing all ideas from anyone who doesn't have a 100% German lineage
- Complaining about damage to the environment at every opportunity and construing opportunities when they do not develop naturally
- Buying Apple products, Levi's jeans, Starbucks coffee and overpriced frozen patty burgers at any one of the million upshoots that have opened over the past five years in Berlin but complaining about how much you hate America
- Virtue signal about how much you care about minorities but refrain from actually ever being friends with any
- Drink your weight in beer every evening after a 10 hour shift at your meaningless job that pays 12€/hr.
- Be afraid to show any form of civil courage and shy away from any confrontational situations
- Downplay all cases of neo-nazi violence
- Downplay all cases of antifa violence
- Secretly believe Germany is the best nation on earth despite two lost wars and billions in subsidies from the west AND east over several decades
- Refuse to acknowledge that German industry is dead, argue in favor of large German companies ignoring international fraud, environmental and bribery laws on a routine basis
- Believe that the only people who are allowed to speak about anything are people who have studied for at least 20 years at a German university (Austria and Switzerland are also acceptable)
- Spend two weeks in New York when you're 16, paid for by your parents, and act like you are an expert on America
- Be unable to sustain your own life but feel no tinge of guilt when everyone else has to pay for you
- Blow your nose every 5 minutes with bonus points if you do it loudly in restaurants and the library
- Destroy your liver before you are even 35 years old from all that drinking
- Greet all of your office colleagues with "Alles klar?" but constantly dog whistle about how "How are you?" is painfully superficial and actually be physically incapable of answering the question when asked
- Argue in favor of stores not being allowed to open on Sundays
- Really actually believe that the Rundfunkbeitrag ensures independent journalism by being controlled by the government
- Thinking that the Bundeszentrale für politische Bildung, which is controlled by the government, is not a hilarious concept
- Scratch your butt all the time in public - bonus points if you are a girl doing it
- Pick your nose in public all the time
- Somehow manage to have an expression of utter fear AND anger at all times while in public
- Be afraid to speak to people who work in stores because you know that 95% of the time these interactions are negative
It's not possible to "integrate" in Germany unless you marry a German die in Germany and your grandkids are typical mentally damaged Germans .. and even they will call their dead grandparent a foreigner. You will ALWAYS be a foreigner in Germany. Germany is a country you can study or work in for a few years and leave , if you're smart. If you stay expect to be treated as a 2nd or 3rd class citizen even if you sell your soul to try to "integrate" to their psychotic culture. But I don't even blame Germans for this-- no one asked them if they wanted their country to be taken over by foreigners... which is why I don't blame them for their xenophobia. They never wanted to have to interact with foreigners everyday when they leave their house. If you're a foreigner and have a little bit of self respect for yourself I'd suggest working/studying in Germany only for as long as you need to and then return home where you belong or go somewhere else where you have a realistic chance of "integration"

If you treat people in Berlin nicely and politely, they'll start bullying you and think you're crazy! When you are polite to people in this city, you are considered to be a passive man, to whom they can afford anything. Most Berliners are mentally disrupting individuals! To the people in this city you have to often show middle finger and be aggressive and evil to them because they expect it and require it.

Seriously, I am not a kind person and even I had trouble adjusting in Berlin. If I could, I'd nuke that city right now.
I do not like this view to look at somebody as overall kind. A human being has a wide range of emotions and they are related to each other. Therefore there is no such a thing as a kind person, that would be like forcing yourself to be a certain way. Especially anger and happiness are very related for not often do we actually allow anger, and from feeling things you feel happy but also from the relief of it. There is actually no such thing as knowing how you are if you want so for feelings are not really a matter of choice. I mean surely you could still have an idea but I mean you get the point. All too often we dismiss feelings with logic but still one cannot deny what is there, for they are there. The only thing is when we look at things in different ways, it surely changes also our feelings but the thing is often we do so to actually feel. I mean think about it, you go about life and you naturally feel about things, when you not allow it, you have depression, pressed together feelings. It doesn't even make any sense the many weak frames we give feelings, when often we feel low for feeling them when you consider that they are just there, and therefore real and of one's nature. It is almost stupid to dismiss them. As for being kind, this happens naturally. I remember one good moment about it. The girlfriend of my brother was causing the two of them to be late and he made a big deal about it, making her feel bad, so I took a bit longer and met them a few minutes later as agreed on. This though just happened cause I could relate to how she felt, I didn't plan anything or tried to be kind. On top of it I was letting out tons of anger the day before through music and I have to say it is not easy to do so directly with somebody. It was quite intense but then changed to relief for allowing feelings, my anger was away and I felt lighter, just like you can hear the rain after lightning and thunder.
